Plymouth Repair: 98 Plymouth Voyager AC, plymouth voyager, dollors

My A/C made a hissing sound the other day (from the vents) and now only blows warm air - it worked great, previously.  When I turn the van off, there is a slight chiming (like a church bell in the distance) for a couple of minutes.  Are the two related?  Can you make a guess as to what might be wrong with the A/C?

you have a leak in the system it will have to go to a ac shop and tell them to recharge the system .
it should cost no more than 60 dollors to recharge and they will also check for a leak . good luck to u hun and if u need any more help let me know u have a pretty name please rate my serivice pete
