Plymouth Repair: its the sundance again, dunce, med school

hows it going? its me shawn and my crappy 1990 sundance again. ive been having all sorts of problems ive figured out. but now im at my ropes end. when i turn the key it makes a "rat tat tat tat" i dont know if thats a starter or a battery. i might need a new battery, what should i do first. like you told me i changed everything,fuel pump,distributor,plugs,wires,oil and oil filter,and other refinements. im a dunce when it comes to cars lol, im a medical student. if you need a prognosis, or meds im your guy when it comes to cars im like a 1st grade kid. thanks for your help. sorry to bother again

this sounds like a bad battery . have some try to give you a jump and see if it starts if does not then bad starter . good luck in med school i give u a lot of creidit for what you are doing if i was there i would come over and help u my self . please rate my serivice pete
