Plymouth Repair: 95 Plymouth Voyager, plymouth voyager, voyager 3

Question
1995 Plymouth Voyager, 3.0, 6 cylinder, 155K miles. About a week ago I went to start my Van and it took it a little bit to turn over (it seemed to be struggling) and everytime I went to start it after that it kept taking longer and longer. And now it won't do anything. I turn the ignition and no noises, no nothing. The batteries fine, I had it tested and it's fully charged. I didn't figure it would be the alternator seeing as how it should do something with a fully charged battery, and my father changed out the starter about 4 years ago. I checked my fluids and they all seem to be doing fine, and I changed my oil about 1 month ago. If you have anyway of helping me out please do. Thank you so much, this is quite the awsome page.
