Plymouth Repair: 2000 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER-STEERING, plymouth voyager, bad tire

Question
We just recently purchased a used 2000 Voyager van.  It is pulling to the right.  We have taken back to the dealer and the service dept has aligned and rotated and balanced the tires.  The technician at the service dept.  said that some vehicles have a safety mechanism that will cause the van to pull to the right in case the driver falls to sleep.  Are they trying to scam us?  What else should we have checked?  Could it be a bad tire?  How do I check if it has been in a wreck?

Sincerely,

Jenny

Answer
Hello Jenny
This is a scam job if i have ever heard of one .Bring it to a front end shop they will check the front end out free of charge . Belive me thire is something SHOUD NOT PULL TO RIGHT . And even bring to a body shop see if the frame was bent in the wreck . if was will never stop pulling and will have to be alined  every 1000 miles so you do not ruin the tires . Good luck to u hun and if you need any more help u let me know . and you have a pretty name and you fight this dealer . pete
