I have a tranny question. On my l993 plymouth voyager, this problem started only a couple days ago, when i went to put it in reverse it wouldn't cooperate, eventually it "clicked" and i was able to use reverse. This happened a few times that evening. Got home ok :) the next day, there is NO way it will go into reverse, the other gears seem to be ok, but i do need reverse sometimes :) Tell me its not the "whole" tranny? What could the problem be? How can this be fixed? hopefully its something simple <crosses her fingers>

this is a reverse band sometimes the band can be adjusted by a tranny shop which would be no thab 150 for the serivice . and it could be a compuiter or a senser . you can try one thing first take off the pos cable on your battery for one min and then hook it back up and tri this first hope it works . other wise a tranny shop will have to diangostiac test the tranny to see what is going on and this serivice is free. at most trannys shops .
