The power windows locks dome light and the fuel pump does not work when the car sits for.a while everything works but now it's not working like that

sounds like you have an issue with the ground splice pack under the carpet in the car. the sill plate under the drivers door has a main ground splice pack and if the car has a water leak the ground splice is sitting i water and is corroded. pull up the sill plate and peel the carpet back and you will find the splice they are all black wires the splice pack has a "comb" in it that makes connection to all the circuits. take the splice apart and pull out the comb and clean all the terminals and connections and put it back together it should be fine then just get the water leak fixed then. good luck :-}
