Pontiac Repair: just stops running, crank shaft position sensor, shaft position

hello. i have a 94 grand am. when i am driving down the road it will just shut off and then it won't start for 15 mins. after driving it last. i can't get it to start at all what could it be?

well it's loosing either fuel pressure or spark. when it dies you will have to see what it's missing. My guess would be either a bad fuel pump or a bad crank shaft position sensor. But you have to get it into a failed state to find out which way to look. what ever it is when the engine warms up that component doesn't like the heat and once it cools back down it starts to work again.
