I am not able to defrost my windshield even through the defroster is on nothing is coming out and it something does come out it does not help the visibility thought the windshield. I have had the air filter changed and the car gets warm. I don't know what's wrong. My speedometer does not work either. Actually, none of my gauges work correctly.

The speedo and the gauges are due to the IP Cluster being internally faulty.
The only fix I recommend is taking it to a dealership, and having them replace the cluster.
Depending on mileage, it MAY be covered under warranty or a special policy.
The defrost, does air blow out of any of the vents when different modes are selected?
If not, you MAY have a blower problem.
If the fan blows, I would again, at that point take it to a good shop, and have them diagnose it.
