Pontiac Repair: Pontiac Sunfire wont start, pontiac sunfire, theft deterrent system

Question
I have 96 pontiac sunfire.  I had a leak in the fuel injectors so I changed the "O" rings.  Started the car and drove it just fine.  I realized I didn't change one of them properly (still leaking) so I redid it again.  Now the car won't start.  It will crank just briefly and stop as if the starter is locked up or bad.  Got the starter tested and it is good.  The battery is good and fuel in the car.  Everything was hooked up just like I had it and nothing out of the ordinary happened the second time of fixing the fuel injector "O" rings.  Any ideas?

Answer
Hi
Does it spin over, start then satll or does it just spin and quickly lock up?
If the quickly lock up, I would remove the plugs, and spin it over. With a leaky injector O rings, you may have  the engine HydroLocked, eg to much liquid (gas) in the cylinder. Make sure no one is standing close to the car while spinning over, as the fuel in cylinders will come out with force, and COULD cause serious injury. MAke sure goggles are used also.
If that is/was your problem, go ahead and replace the plugs, they'll be ruined.
If it starts for a few then stalls, check the security light, see if it's blinking. If so You'll need to reset the Theft deterrent system. Look over previous posts, I've listed the procedure.
If still need help, do not hesitate to follow up.
Good Luck
