Answer
Hi
Assuming you have the 2.3L quad four engine, you'll need to remove the Fuel rail for replacement of the fuel pressure regulator.
You can pull the vacuum line from the regulator, if there is gas present, the regulator is at fault.
To remove;
You'll need to relieve the fuel pressure and disconnect the battery.
You'll have to remove the Throttle body and related air intake hoses.
You'll need to remove the bolts that hold in the fuel rail.
You'll need to pull the injectors from the Cy. Head making sure you keep track of the o rings.
You should then be able to remove the screws that hold in the regulator assy.
Installation is reverse of disassembly.
This is JUST advice from experience.
If in doubt, please take it to a professional repair facility your familiar with.
**THE FUEL SYSTEM CAN BE DANGEROUS AND EXPLOSIVE***
Hope this helps
Good Luck
