Pontiac Repair: timing marks 92 4 cyl pontiac twin overhead cam, dual overhead cams, clock position

trying to time a pontaic 4 cyl w/dual overhead cams found the crank marks having trouble finding the cam marks?

Answer
There are no marks on the cam gears. There is a hole in each gear that lines up with a hole in the chain housing. I believe that the rear one is at about the 4o'clock position and the front one is at about the 7 o'clock position. There are pins that lock the cams into position but you can use a couple of 5/16" bolts.
