RV Repair: repaint, test paint, paint test

I am going to spray my 96 Holliday rambler. What is the caulk that seals the vinyl pinch molding? It has to be paintable Thanks

If your talking about the material under the trim molding, it will take paint in most cases. Sometimes the factory uses a butyl that will not take paint.
Test paint an out of sight piece with a small brush. If it beads up you'll have to trim off the old "putty" with a scraper and reseal the trim to the skin with a "paintable" latex sealant, that is available at your local RV parts store.
