RV Repair: condor r-vision 2002, mannuals, frequency hz

Question
Dear Sir
I bought a condor R-vision 2002 and transported it to Belgium, because he was waterdamaged by katrina I had to replace the battery center wich I did
, but I must also adapt the electricity installation to our
electricity standards.
His vinnr is :RV3RVMET0041C000346 I have been in contact with RON of the factory but despite my efforts untill
now it was impossible to get the electrical plan.
They don´t seems to be very cooperative.
On the other hand people from workhorse sended me a cd
with all the mannuals they where very helpfully.
If you could tell me where from Internet or somewhere ells
I can by this manual I would appreciate this very much.

Regards
leo

Answer
I've done some research, though i may need some more information. It seems that your incoming power will likely be 240V 50Hz type b. In the U.S. we use 120V 60Hz. You will need to adapt a plug to work with your outlets. Keep in mind - this must be rated at or above the circuits protection (breaker or fuse). I'm not sure what the standard is... Talk to a local electrician.
From that point, 2 things will need to happen.
1)The Voltage will need stepped down to 120 VAC.
2)The frequency(Hz) will need stepped up to 60Hz.
The Voltage drop can be accomplished with a transformer. A frequency converter can give you 60Hz.
You may be able to purchase a combined unit, though you may find it more economical to replace the converter with one designed for your power set-up.
If you still want the manual for this unit, just let me know the make and model of the converter and I will try to find it for you.
