RV Repair: leaking toilet in travel trailer, nomad travel trailer, toilet leaks

hello, we have a nomad travel trailer 1985. the toilet leaks out the back top when you flush it with the arm. how do i fix this? we also have a problem with getting shocked when touching the door knob or the door fram when the one braker is turned on, if you leave it off you will not get shocked what could be the problem? thank you cheryl

 With the leaking toilet, you either have a defective water valve or vacuum breaker.

 On the issue of getting shocks, you have a situation with reversed polarity and/ or loss of ground with in the trailer or where you are plugged in.
