RV Repair: Fresh Water Pump, test light, problem thanks

Question
I have a 2000 Newmar Mountainaire motorhome and are having problems with the fresh water pump.  The fuse is o.k. I can get the pump to work if I connect a battery with jumpers directly to the pump.  There are three switches to operate the pump,  one above the entry door, one in the bathroom, and one in the outside shower compartment.  The pump will not run when you push any of these switches.  Is it possible that if one of these switches is bad the others will not work?  How is the best way to troubleshoot this problem.  Thanks Emil

Answer
With troubleshooting you want to follow the power till it ends somewhere.  Well I would start by ensuring that you have power too and through any of the switches, you can check for power with a multimeter or test light.  If you have power too and through the switch check for power next at the pump, if power is there check your grounds at the pump. If one switch is bad the rest will still work and I dought that all three are bad, follow the power and check your grounds .
