RV Repair: clearance lights for Fleetwood Tioga Motor Home, exterior skin, fleetwood

Question
I am trying to replace burned out clearance lights on a newly purchased used motor home. The clearance lights have two bolts extending outward from the RV and held down by a nut.  How do I get to the bolts?  Some of the bolts just spin and I am unable to remove the nuts.  After removing the exterior skin from the RV, it looks as if I must go at it from the inside.  Can you tell me the best approach to get at them?

Thanks a bunch,
Jason in WV

Answer
Well your easiest bet to fix this would be to get a new light thats similar and use the existing wiring and mount it.  I've seen some of these lights and they are a pain usually the bolt is also the ground for the light but with a new light when you screw it to your couch if it is metal it will be grounded.
