RV Repair: Grey water plumbing, grey water tank, 2001 fleetwood prowler

Question
How is the plumbing connected to the top of a grey water tank? My grey water tank leaks whenever I fill it completely and I wanted to remove the tank and see why it was leaking. I own a 2001 fleetwood prowler 28-5S 5th wheel and the tanks have easy access from the bottom and I can see plainly how to remove the tank, but I can't see how the plumbing is connected at the top.

Answer
Most of these tanks are connected with a glue or they are pressed into place. The end of most fittings have a round insert that pops into the tank and lays against the roof of the tank or sit on top of the tank. They are not hard to pop loose and that may be why yours is leaking. I have seen some trailers with drain holes on the connector to avoid flooding the trailer..If you can reach the pipe at the top, see if it feels loose at the tank, if so then it is most likely broke loose.
