RV Repair: Roof repair, metal roofs, rv roof

Question
Hi,
I have a 1984 Coachmen with half of the water damage repaired. The floor is in great shape now, but we moved the camper and the roof started leaking. I've read about rubberized coatings. My metal roof has low spots. I want to remove the ceiling and work on the rafters/joists to take out the low spots in the roof. I do hope all of it isn't rotten. it did hold up 200 lbs when I was working on it.
What kind of coating do you recommend? I've replaced all vents and covers except the a/c and the skylight. Lowes has 4x8 sheets of solid white plastic-like stuff I used on the bathroom in my house. I want to use it on the ceiling after I repair the roof.
Thanks.
