RV Repair: Leaky pop-up roof with AC, happy camping, palamino

Is there anywhere that we can get the information on how to replace the top of our pop-up.  It has leaked prior to our purchase and seemed to not leak when we first got it.  The corner was weak and now the air conditioner is sagging (or so it appears). It appears to have weakened the luan or the material between the vinyl inside cover and the outside shell.  I have built houses and am capable of doing the the repairs but would like to know the proper way to go about it.  The pop-up is a 1997 Palamino.
