RV Repair: replacing wood interior, happy camping, rotten wood

my rv has rotten wood at cab over sleeping area. this area needs to be completely redone.i have a good knowledge of carpentry.but i'm not sure how difficult this will be.i plan to do this myself. this rv was given to me by my uncle in this condition. is there a pattern to use or certain size wood to use? 78 dodge bourgam maybe18ft 318 eng.other then that in fair condition.

      This is a fairly involved repair.  Unfortunately there aren't any patterns or such to use.  It is basically disassembling the rotten pieces and rebuilding with new lumber.  I would recommend taking some pictures as you go for reference and lots of measurements.  If you were to take it in for an estimate it would most likely exceed the value of your motorhome.  Good luck and happy camping.
