RV Repair: Electrical, electrical circuits, cal 2000

Question
Our Rv headlights quit working. If we turn on the high beam...both they and the regular headlight come on, but the headlights themselves will not come on. Also, the front TV comes on, but we have no voice... the back TV is fine. We had the motor to the windshield wipers repaired, could they have messed something up while replacing that?
We are really befuddled as to what to do next.
Can you help us? We have a Topi Cal,2000, 37 ft.
Thanks

Answer
I will assume your coach is fiberglass and thus all electrical circuits, especially lighting, must be grounded to the chassis with separate ground straps or wires.  My guess is that one or more of the ground wires was either cut or not hooked back up again when the wiper job was completed. I would take the coach back to whoever did the wiper job and have them put things back the way they were when they got it.
