Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mowett riding mower, spindle diameter, decent shape

Question
I saw a question on your site about the mowett mustang riding mower. I have recently got one running and it is in fairly decent shape. I need larger front tires because my yard is not level. I am willing to share my e-mail with the person who posted and was answered and share my experiences.
Thanks,
Mike

If you measure the front spindle diameter and length you should be able to find some wheels that will fit.  You can always use a thinner wheel, and use washers to shim, but you won't be able to use a thicker rim.

If you Google "Rotary" or "Stens" or "Silver Streak" aftermarket mower parts you can find there online catelogs which have a varity of wheels and there dimensions.

Let me know if this helps.
