Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawnmower pegged out, governer, linkage

Question
I have a Honda harmony II lawnmower with the gcv160 engine.
I wanted to make it run a little harder so i screwed around with the governor arm and that was a mistake. When I started it up when I put the governer back together and it was pegged out probably 6 or 7000 rpm WAY over what it normally runs. Please tell me how to fix it I think I just turn the governor shaft clockwise but I don't want to mess anything else up and I dont know what tool to use to fix the governer so I thought I'd ask.

Thanks,
  Zach

Answer
Just loosen the retaining nut or screw on the governor and turn the shaft all the way in the direction that the throttle opens.  Then push the governor linkage so that the throttle is all the way open and lock it back down.  Make sure the governor opens and closes the throttle all the way and you should be okay.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks, PK.
