the problem i am having with it is the float will not close it keep running fuel thought the main jet and the blow vent. i don't now how to set the float on it with it being a plastic float. The needle and seat are one piece. the float and needle and seat are brand new to help please.

Hi Kyle, from what I know there is no way to really set the float height on a plastic float. It either is or it's not. The problem is probably the seat in the carb is damaged and allowing the fuel to slip past the needle seat. The only real fix is to replace the carb.  If you would like me to find a carb for you and price it I can.  Please reply back with the model number and type number from the engine.  Thank you for the question!
