Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): coil doesnt fire, hp model, model numbers

Question
murray 5.75 hp model no. 22526X92A   flywheel cleaned ,coiled cleaned of rust.
But can't get coil to fire

Answer
To test the coil, remove the top cover again, and disconnect the little wire plugged into the coil, then test again, if you still
get no spark with a good spark plug, then the coil is bad, the plug must be laying against the metal of the engine to test.

For more specifics, I will need the model numbers off of the engine
