Hi Fish,
I have an older Homelite leaf blower which I can get to start briefly but does not stay running. Also it will not rev up. Is this someting that I can do to the carb that will clear this up. Also is there somewhere I can get an exploded view of the carb? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

You might want to take a look in the muffler, there is a large spark arrestor screen there that could be plugged up, and the exhaust outlet as well could be plugged by a bug's nest, common on this type of equipment.
