QuestionI have a couple of questions regarding my mower. The first is what type of spark plugs does it take. The engine was a swap so hardly in of the info on the hood matches. Also the transmission will not go in reverse. You can move the lever but the mower just sits there. Is this a diy job or something for the professionals? Thanks in advance.
AnswerWell, I will need some more info to help you. I will need the model number of the mower off of the tag under or behind the seat.
A running problem after an engine swap, well not many pros would touch that, as the new engine usually has a different crankshaft,
and so they likely changed pullies, etc...
As far as any info on the engine, I would need the model numbers off of that to help there.
Is this a hydrostat? Find some model numbers, and I will try to be of some help...
