Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawnboy, assembly drawings, safety switches

Question
I have a model 10682 serial number 260059408 which has no spark.  I have cleaned the flywheel and the magnetos for rust.  Also cleaned the kill connections.  The sheer pin in the flywheel is ok.  Could it be the ignition coil? Or what could it be?  thank you
