Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Brigg & stratton carburetor spring, brigg stratton, throttle shaft

Hello, Can you tell me or send me to a site that has pictures  of how the carburetor spring & linkage is set up.  The model # is 10A902 Type 2189 E3 code 99091654

I purchased this used & cannot figure out the linkage & or spring set up,

**The Throttle Cable Attaches to the Throttle Control Bracket. The Cable Moves a Slide that Moves a Pivot. The Pivot has the Spring  Attached to it and the Other End of this Spring Attaches to the Governor Arm. The Solid Link Connects to the Governor Arm and goes to the Throttle Shaft on the Carburetor.  When the Throttle Cable is Moved it Moves the Pivot and the Pivot Pulls the Spring. The Spring Pulls the Governor Arm and the Governor Arm Moves the Throttle Shaft. Usually the Spring is in the Lower Hole in the Governor Arm and the Solid Link is in the Top Hole of the Governor Arm.**
>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Select the Shop Online Parts Look Up. Then Select the Model Tab. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model (5 or 6 Digits) and Type Numbers (first 4 digits Only). Example: 10A902-2189-E3 . Then Double Click on the Model in the Results Area. Select Sectional Index. Now you can Select the Section of the Engine you Wish to View.
