Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): HS-45 STIHL Hedge Trimmer, s54, diaphragms

What is the correct setting for the C1Q-S54 Carb? I've worked on carbs with high/low jets and idle screws and single jet and idle screws, but this carb only has one large screw and idle setting. Is the large screw a high or low jet and if so where does it need to be set?

Unfortunately you have a fixed jet carb.  IT is set at the factory.  The only service you can really do to these carbs are clean them, replace the diaphragms, etc... Its often cheaper to replace the carb as a whole unit then to attempt to repair it.
