Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Garden Way Troybuilt Snow Thrower Model Number, sympatico ca, snow thrower

We broke our belts on the snow thrower, when trying to get replacement parts we are asked for a model number but we can't find it on the thrower - would you know where we could find this number?  We don't have the manual (also would like to know where to get a manual).  Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

If possible email your snowblower (photo image) to howard.buchin@sympatico.ca.

I can tell you where I find my model/serial no.s.  It is found on the back (plastic cover) of my snowblower (Toro CCR 2000).  If I just tilt it forward then I can see it.  The only complication (usually) is the blower model and serial no. for the engine is different.

On my Toro (CCR 2000) the engine is made by Suzuki.  So,  I would suggest calling customer service of Troybilt @ 1-800-800-7310.  The prefix for your units' model no. should be '31' for snowblowers.
