Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snowblower Auger Question, impeller shaft, shear bolts

Question
I have a Poulan PP1130ESA 11hp Snowblower.  I bought it used today.  When I got it home I noticed it seemed to be pushing the snow to the outside instead of bringing it in toward the impeller.  I called the owner and he said that he had the whole front end off because he ran over something and twisted everything up.  He had not used it since he repaired it. How can I tell if he even put the augers on the right side?  I can't find a part number on either one to make sure they are installed correctly.  Or is it possible the augers can be spinning in the wrong direction?  I have it apart now and have orderd a new impeller shaft because when he repaired it they welded the impeller shaft right to the impeller pulley so in order to get it apart I had to break the weld.  Any help would be appreciated so I can put it back together correctly.
Thanks

Answer
Hello Steve:

>>You can View a Breakdown/IPL of this Engine at this Site Addy, http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the P. Then Select Poulan Pro (Mowers and Tiller Parts). Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Enter the Model Numbers (PP1130ESA). Then Select your Model and Download the File for Online Viewing.
>>From your Description it Sounds like the Augers are Not Turning. I Suggest you Look at the Breakdown and Check the Auger Shear Pins/Bolts (#28 in the Breakdown).
>>With Someone in the Operators Position, Watch the Gearbox and make Sure it is Turning. If it is and the Augers are Not Turning, then the Shear Bolts have Sheared and Require Replacing.
>>Please, Do Not Hesitate, If you Hit a Snag or this Does Not Correct the Problem, I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me Know What Happens, Please. May the All Mighty Bless You and Yours. Thanks.

Good Luck
