Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): John Deere Stander Running Slow, zero turn mower, model numbers

I have a John Deere Stander with about 290 hours on it. A few weeks ago when I got it the zero turn mower was quick. Now it's running slow. The cut is fine but it lost it's speed. What can I do to correct this.
