i have a 13ag601h729 tractor it started running bad and died i have replaced spark plugs changed oil and filter gas and filter . and cleaned air filter now it starts it is flooded i have air cover off and oil blows in the gas and it dies first it filled with gas i think it stopped running gas in the motor you hold your finger over the hold it runs but it pours out the bottom when you move you finger it pours out and dies its a 21hp intex v twin pours out the muffler

You have a carburetor problem, it is flooding very much. It could be a few things, float needle not seating correctly, a bad float filling with gas. You will need your local shop to do a carburetor rebuild. It's flooding so much the gas in the cylinder is passing by the rings and into your crankcase mixing with the oil. You will also need a oil change after too. Unless you have some experience in the small engine field this is best left to a repair shop....If you have some experience let me know and I'll do my best to help you rebuild it.....Tom
