Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Timing on Engine Model 152FMH, brake safety, disability income

I cannot find timing info for a ATV, I am working on & in need of help. It's on a Buyang model# ATV-A & engine Model# 152FMH (VIN# L4PGUM42363A11326) I found Chinese manual, but no info in English.When I crank engine, it sucks my finger @ spk plug & blows out of carb. A shop took engine apart & put back together, now it is in worse shape than it was when it was taken there ( I do not know why they would take engine apart to try to get spark & they used a lot of silicone & no gaskets when they put back together .It was taken in because of no spark @ plug. They left all of wires cut on harness during testing & just left it & said it was not repairable. There was no spark & starter would not turn. I traced wires & repaired & insulated them with heat shrink & a multi-meter & have spark now (brake safety switch was problem of no spark & corrected that issue in less than a hour of diag)& starter will crank engine again after i changed fuse & fuel is getting through carb with fresh gas (i used drain on bowl to drain until i got clean fuel).The shop that did this is a fairly big shop & I am a 1-man operation part time trying to help supplement my disability income & could not believe that shop would do such a bad service for this lady & her son. Can you help me find tech info for this unit? I Hope You and Yours are Doing Well. For Imported ATV's and Related Components (Manuals, Parts, ect), I Usually Contact this Company http://www.extremeimport.co.uk/ . They Use the Skype (Similar to MSN Messenger) for People to Talk to their Service Technician. I Usually Request a Service Manual for Any Engine or ATV that I have Not Performed Maintenance on Before. You can Contact them and I will Research this for you and See if I can Locate Any More Information for you. You can Also Contact Roy at the BuYang OEM and Request a Manual by E-Mail: roy@buyang.com . I have Not Performed Maintenance on this OEM Unit and am Not Sure of the Timing Set up for this Engine. **Note: The Bigger the Shop, the Worse the Service Usually is if the Problem Seems Complicated.** Thanks for Returning and Using the All Experts Service Again.
