Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Troy Bilt Horse Tiller, flat washer, fiber type

I have aquired a mid to late 70's Horse from my uncle. The engine is a Tecumseh 6 HP. The carb leaks fuel from the bolt directly on the bottom of the carb. Do you know where I can get aftermarket replacement carb.online or a repair method for a leak in this area? I think the numbers below are the model and serial number. However, I cannot find any information on the web using them.

Have you searched on line?The bottom bolt usually has a small washer see if this is still there if not you can find a flat washer fiber type at most engine repair centers see if you can tell what kind of carburetor is on this equipment. the model # does not come up on any of our parts look-up. i will try to call our supply house to see if they can find a IPL for me.
