Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): PArts Location, country time lemonade, lemon pledge

Question
I have a Ryan line trimmer model # 275-1, serial # 811085192. Could you tell me if parts are still available? Thank you. Steve

Answer
Most Ryan parts are still available. They are pretty hard to find. I can't find any specific parts manuals but most parts would be available through a "good" Lawn Boy dealer.
Carb and string head parts would be available through any good power equipment dealer. You will need to have to have the carb model #, printed on the carb.
If you need a new string head take the trimmer with you and they'll probably have multiple options to choose from.
What I recommend though is to either buy a premium trimmer, Red Max, Shindiawa, Echo (not from Depot or Lowes),or Stihl (if the starter is at the very rear),My personal preference is the Shindaiwa 22T. All of the listed trimmers will cost 200.00 plus. These trimmers you will pass on to your grandkids.
If your not able to spend 200.00 on a trimmer, not everyone can, buy the absolute cheapest thing you can find. They're all built the same and dealer and factory support suck equally.
I live in the Kansas City area and we have a Harbor Freight and a Cummins Wholesale Tools stores. Both stores this week have trimmers in the paper for 49.99.
Did you know.... There are more lemons in Lemon Pledge than in Country Time lemonade.
