Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh Ignition, engine mod, hp engine

I have a Tecumseh 5 HP engine, mod OHH50, Ser 69013C on a Yardman lawn vac.  It starts readily and runs 30 to 45 minutes like a top, then dies like out of gas, but actually has no spark.  Cleaned fuel lines, but of course that did not help.  I guess this model has a magneto?

 yes it has a magneto- coil .   and  it is shorting out when it gets hot and quites.   i,m guessing as soon as it cools down  it runs again, but does this  over and over ?    if so   then it needs replacing.   its about a $29  dollar part.  if you need more help  i,m here.
