Subaru Repair: 1991 Subaru legacy, subaru legacy, sticky valves

Hi there, i have owned my 1991 Subaru Legacy Gt for around ten years now, i have it serviced every 12 months. i have a noticed that it starts to run on three cylinders after start up or while under load , l have been told there could be a problem with the coils to the spark plugs or could be a sticky lifter which there is a addtive to help fix it, can you please help.

There isn't much I can do from here, it needs to be looked at locally, other than remove the plugs and have a look I have no idea what else you may be capable and equipped to check yourself.

Subaru of that era can develop sticky valves, you can try a fuel induction service and hot oil flush, but both of those things need to be done  by a pro so there is no damage done.
