Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): weedeater leaf blower, leaf blower, partials

Question
The primer bulb on my weedeater (poulan) leaf blower will not reset itself. I push it in and it stays in and does not reset.  I bought a new carb and it worked great for a few times and now the new carb does the same.  The new carb has a new bulb on it.  Why wont either of the primer bulbs work properly?

Answer
 Hello Charles:

When you Put the New Carburetor on the Machine, Did you Replace the Fuel Filter and Clean the Fuel Tank? Did you Change the Fuel Filter? If Not, then the Partials from the Filter have Most likely Stopped Up the Choke Port that Feeds the Primer Bulb. You will Most Likely need to Clean the Carburetor. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
