Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Coleman 4000 Generator, tecumesh, armatures

I have a coleman 4000 generator. powered by an 8 HP Tecumesh.
Have disassembled most of generator. Cannot seperate generator from engine?
Can you help?

 Hello Bob:

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Generator, Please. With the Numbers I May be Able to Locate a Breakdown that will Assist you. A Sample Model Number is PMO401850. Most of the Armatures are Keyed to the Crankshaft and a Bolt in the Armatur Secures it to the Crankshaft. A Puller May be Required to Remove the Armature. This All Depends on the Model Numbers. Thanks.
