Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Mower wont start, safety switches, weed eater

Question
I have a Poulan Weed Eater riding Mower M. N. Wet 1742 that won't start. I believe it is one of the safety switches.I do not know where to look for them. Any help would really be appreciated.

Leo- I have absolutely no experience with this machine- but I know the safety switches are all about the same-
1- under the seat
2- underneath against the clutch/brake pedal actuator rod
3- a sneaky one mounted against the lever that activates the mower deck.

they can all be jumped out with a paper clip to test 'em.
