Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): chain saw oiler replacement, automatic oiler, blade adjustment

Question
I have recently replaced the automatic oiler in my McCullough chain saw,300S-16. I need some advice on how the end of the oiler tube is connected to the blade adjustment block.  Any help appreciated.

Answer
Hi Arthur,

Sorry, I am not familiar with the exact configuration of your saw.  There should be hole or nipple in the block or a place for the tube to be positioned over the chain.  Some oilers output directly from inside the case and use a tube to connect to the oil tank.

Good luck,
Michael
