any sugestions?

Answer
OLGA, IT SOUNDS AS THOUGH YOUR CARB JETS ARE IN NEED OF CLEANING.  TRY SOME CARB CLEANER YOU ADD TO THE FUEL AND RUN THE MOWER WITH THE CHOKE ABOUT 1/2 ON.  THEN TRY WITH THE CHOKE OPEN WE MAY GET LUCKY AND THE VARNISH WILL GET ITSELF CLEANED OFF.  IF THIS DOSN'T WORK THEN TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE CARB WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED AND THE JETS PULLED AND CLEANED.  ALWAYS EMPTY THE GAS OUT BEFORE STORING FOR THE WINTER.
