I need to get the pin out on the right side on my 94 buick skylark. Can u please tell me how to do so. Thanks

I'm assuming you are talking about the tilt pivot pin on the tilt housing inside the steering column, you will need a pivot pin puller.  If that is the correct part...

They are broken down into step by step detailed instructions. Although the instructions are not for your exact car, the column is very similar to yours.
