i need to remove the key cylinder from the tilt wheel column. it looks like their is a special tool needed . is their a way around this . and how to remove this.

Although the videos are for a Chevrolet truck, the column is very similar to yours.  Locate the section for the lock cylinder removal and watch it (along with the ones before it)
