Steering Column Repair: 1967 Chevelle column, 1967 chevelle malibu, steering column

I am restoring a 1967 Chevelle Malibu.  Originally this was a three on the tree however it is being changed over to an auto on the floor.  Does anyone make a piece of the steering column cover that eliminates the area where the shifter hooked into the column??

Hi Dave:

I'm sorry.  We don't have access to or know of anyone who has these older parts, but I'm sure they are out there.  Too many people are rebuilding these classics for there not to be a supplier.
