QuestionI have a 85 chevy c10 with a tilt steering wheel. I just replaced the whole column and dont have the keys for new coulmn. I have the steering wheel pulled, lock plate pulled, set screw out and cant pull the key switch out. The book says to put key in run position but I cant because I dont have the key. Not sure if thats why I cant pull switch. What do i do from here? Please help me out. Thanks.

You don't need to put in any position to remove the lock. It should pull out as soon as you remove the key buzzer and 20 torx screw.
