Steering Column Repair: lock cylinder, tilt style, tilt column

Hi
I am trying to replace my lock cylinder in a 1991 jeep wrangler 4cyl (no tilt).  i have the wheel off now and a few pieces behind that off as well and am now stuck.  some instructions say to move the turn signal cam but i cannot find a way to access that and it seems like its too far away to be concerned anyways.  I just dont know where to go from here!! please help????

Although you mentioned yours is a non tilt column, the replacement of the lock cylinder is identical to a tilt style.
