Steering Column Repair: steering column, chrysler vehicle, steering wheel

Question
I have replaced the steering wheel 1 other time and I need to know if theres any way of fixing it. when I am driving when I go to make a right turn it dies on me, and its real loose from where the tilt part is and it affects the shifting part. is there any way that it can be fixed with out taking it out.

I betcha you have a GM or Chrysler vehicle. I bet you hang on the column getting in and out of the car.
It is easily fixed,but whoever fixes has to know what they are doing. A couple of weeks ago I gave full instructions to a person on this site.
I will warn you: the car is not safe to drive with the column that loose. The column can literally split in two pieces and you can lose all steering down the road. When a column gets as lose as you say, it won't be long before you lose control of the car while driving. Get it fixed now!
